I think the first thing they need to do is get listed on the NASDAQ. OTC stocks are not what you'd call the most stable investment. But I agree with your points, esp. the web-site - it's terrible! How much value their contracts and alliances are actually worth, I have no idea. Let's weather this downturn and hope for the best.
