Good morning, pal....Drought conditions declared down here. Water rationing (mostly affecting gardeners). A big feature story using a guy in Chevy Chase who just plunked down thousands of dollars for landscaping, and is looking at a huge loss if he can't water. I wonder if Hillary can develop a plan for horticultural care?
