Company Press Release
billserv.com is First to Market with Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment Solution for the Palm VII Connected Organizer
billserv.com Delivers New Capability For Palm VII Users

to Pay Bills Electronically

billserv.com Inc. (OTC BB:BLLS), a leading electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) service bureau, today announced it has become the first EBPP provider to offer consumers the ability to view and pay bills through the Palm VII(tm) connected organizer from Palm Computing Inc., a 3Com company.

By using the wireless Palm VII organizer and its Palm.Net(sm) wireless service, users can easily obtain information from the Internet, conduct e-commerce transactions, receive instant messages -- and now, receive and pay bills.

The Palm Computing® platform provides the Internet access necessary for Palm VII users to receive and pay their bills directly through a biller's Web site. billserv.com also presents bills through sites that use bill payment aggregators such as CheckFree, TransPoint, NetDelivery and CyberCash, with whom billserv.com currently has agreements. By providing services through the Palm VII organizer, billserv.com now offers a wider variety of distribution points for billers in the EBPP market.

''Our new capability to offer bill presentment and payment on the Palm VII organizer boldly points to the potential of what electronic bill presentment and payment can mean for billers and consumers,'' said Michael Long, chairman and CEO of billserv.com. ''By becoming the first vendor to provide electronic billing for Palm VII users, billserv.com is strengthening its leadership position and becoming recognized as an innovator in bringing online billing services to the mass consumer market.''

Long added that last week, billserv.com launched the first phase of its bills.com (www.bills.com) Internet portal, where consumers will soon be able to receive and pay bills online.

''billserv.com takes full advantage of the wireless capabilities of the Palm VII organizer by allowing Palm VII users to receive and pay bills remotely,'' said Scott Lincke, director of wireless products for Palm Computing Inc., a 3Com company. ''billserv.com is an example of how the Palm VII and its open applications environment can enable dramatically new applications aimed at mobile users.''
