I fished the slower section of the "church pool" on the Farmington. There was a great hatch on Friday and a slower hatch on Saturday. The Fish are extremely selective and pass on most offerings. I actually tail hooked a brown that came to look at my dry fly then turned to dive back into the deep. I saw someone upstream do the same. The guys fishing the faster water under the bridge seemed to do better but the fish were smaller.
