It does make some sense if T is considering allowing a limited version of Open Access or if T sees AOL becoming a cable ISP. It is a good idea to start positioning ATHM so that it could compete with AOL if they both were cable ISPs. Right now it can't. However, ATHM + YHOO + T's dial up traffic might be strong enough to take on AOL.
