the only thing a small company can do is sell or mine gold or some other metal that is not monopoly like the base metals.

Fortune is far away from infra or other structure though not far from tide water. Bismuth may be in demand but it is base and needs a big concentrator. Most values are low so many many tons are needed for
economics.

These are the general impressions. What is specific is not being communicated by myself or anyone else. Mining is dead right now and the summer is deader and hot too.

It is a fascinating deposit. Commercial success is very hard to predict here though.

I like diamonds and small O & G right now. The chief arbiter of a company for most investors is stock price. The second chief factor for most people is stock price. The thing that tells you the prospects of a company very accurately is the stock price. The theory is amongst 10,000 people with money, someone has to know.
