Go2Net to Move Company Headquarters to Seattle's Historic Pier 70
Relocation to Seattle Waterfront Set for Spring 2000
SEATTLE, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Go2Net, Inc. (Nasdaq: GNET - news), a network of branded, technology- and community-driven Web sites, today announced that it has reached agreement with Triad Pier 70, L.L.C., owner of Seattle's Pier 70, to move its company headquarters to an 80,000-square-foot space in the historic waterfront property. Go2Net is currently scheduled to move to the pier in spring of 2000. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Go2Net will be Pier 70's primary tenant and will receive signage on the building's exterior. In preparation for Go2Net's arrival, the structure is currently undergoing comprehensive interior and exterior renovations. Since its original construction in 1902, Pier 70 has been home to a variety of retail, office and warehouse uses and was most recently nationally known as the home for the 'Real World' television series on Music Television Network (MTV).

Triad Pier 70 is affiliated with Triad Development, Inc., a 15-year-old, Seattle-based developer. Dan Flinn, of Flinn Ferguson, represented Go2Net in the transaction. Dan Dahl and David Gurry, of CB Richard Ellis, are the leasing agents for Triad Pier 70.
