I have to admit that despite my desire to keep the faith; the stock is acting as though we are in for yet one more piece of bad news. There is no selling of the stock; but, there, is no buying either. If, indeed, IBM and Compaq are ready to ship in large quantities starting on 8/10/99 (the semi-public whisper date) there should be some leakage of buying by aunts, uncles, and other relatives of those who are covered by AMD's NDAs. There should be some start of a run up soon if the rumors we believe are true. Maybe not, given all the past egregious experiences. Regards, DARBES
