Keep in mind the rumor of a buyout has been denied, but not the rumor of talks going on. I am sure the talks of a buyout transpired, but might have been distinguished by XCIT/ATHM because of price. Keep in focus that ATHM has a lot of bargaining power due to their unique position. I still believe that talks are going on between AOL-MSFT-YHOO-T, with our ATHM at the center. I am buying more at these levels for I feel that this stock will be taken out by someone with a better offer on the table. JMO Ron Dior
