MXNT to sell non-exclusive rights to 2,500 of its master recordings from the Company's Maestro catalog to Maxnet for $1.6 million dollars of Maxnet's common stock. Planet Entertainment will book the transaction on a current basis. The effect should have a favorable impact on earnings.
