I own both AOL and ATHM. I do believe that you are correct in saying that there are backroom talks among these major net players. In fact, I would not be surprised at all if the overall net picture is completely changed in about 3-6 months from now.

ATHM is a screaming bargain at these prices. By early October, we will see the inets recover (at least substantially), and look back and say to ourselves, "why didn't I buy some more when it was that cheap?"
