Walter; over twenty years ago a friend of mine Albert Delroy(RIP) and myself along with Seymour Hersch(now retired in Phoenix) bought the Clairtone bankruptcy at auction from the trustee. It was a good try, but Barrick is far better. After that he avoided government situations as the restrictions inherent in the Clairtone deal eventually killed it. Re disclosing data,I think Munk might do it, if asked. Its a shot.
