Well, of course, Janice: We all know Novell has the complete solution to everything. On Microsoft's behalf, though, they did explain to me that they were having extremely tough billing problems with glitches in their software that would soon be fixed. That was last May, June, July, August, Sept., Oct., Nov., and I gave it up for Christmas and turned it over to Visa who last month called and said it's hopeless...the clerk recommended (off the record) reporting the card stolen and getting a new card... I'm sure she was just joking?
