Naz, another point...if NTOP does have much potential to generate real revenues, why would they have not waited another year or so to spin off a real company? IMO, it was simply too soon for an internet telephony IPO. Interest in this area is just starting up again and in my experience the following is still very limited. Instead I suspect they practically gave away all these deals in an desperate attempt to generate recognition, they dragged the thing out to maximize their bottom line, and seem to have created management positions with little to no incentive...wonder why? Things can only go so high when supported by such a limited group of investors. I think that NTOP could easily fall below it's IPO price. Don't mean to aggravate longs any more than they are, but the big picture as I see it through the fog suggests questionable intentions. Just don't trust these guys...or should it be that guy. sf
