That's all that was reported on the SEC filings. However, you must remember that these shares where clobbered by the 300 to 1 reverse split before they took over CVIA. Once they took over, it becomes very difficult to keep buying shares in a company you run. It may attract attention as insider trading and buying on insider information.

Besides, they are investing in CVIA with their time and energy as they are NOT collecting any salary.

Additionally, they have lend CVIA cash for daily operations and are or have been reimbursed in CVIA shares. Also, they get $400 worth of shares for every BoD meeting they attend.

I agree, many shareholders own more shares than many BoD members, however, their livelihood is in CVIA while us,IMO as shareholders, have a "lower" actual risk.
