Without being privy to your conversation, I can't know that she was on the same track as you at all. You "did mention the article on NOPT." But was she thinking of the same article? Perhaps Richard DOES have a brother George, just not the same person? Maybe they both can write? At any rate, as I recall, the way your original post put it, as does this affirmation of it, it's impossible to say if she was on the same track as you were. There are many possible explanations for her alleged craziness.
