I doubt it is going broke..there are just no buyers for the stock until they show some earnings. In their last financial report, they said they had $25 mil. in the bank and were looking to buy back some of their own shares. These are not moves that indicate a co in financial straits.
In any case we should know in a few weeks when the next report is due.
