Market sentiments are positive. In the past 48 hours various Swiss
Investment bankers and fund managers moved 15 billion SFR to US
Dollar tech.and and oil assets.

1. Tech and Oil sector will be the two sectors that can perform despit
the rate hike.

2. US dollar could make further gain against European currencies
this year. This could be off set by intervention of European Central
banks to keep the dollar under contol, and by FEDS to reduce rates
before the end of 1997.
