Agree with you on flipping IPOs and the discussion of WIT are ancillary topics; however, with all the problems with the first DSP, this board was a great help to me.

I do think that the discussion of DSPs is important. The DSP is a good way for CMGI (and investors) to value cmgi assets and attract capital - thus I am interested in the DSP discussion. After CMGI stills owns significant portions of the IPOs (e.g. 80% engage); secondary offerings could be expected. The business model of cmgi is unique as well as the dsp.
