IMO, the NASD is getting pretty darn oversold for coming off one the best performing earnings quarter the market has seen in years. And most analysts predict the up-earnings momentum is just getting started (i.e. Q3, Q4... will be better and better). Soon (hopefully today), the market should have a violent rally. Even with a full 100 basis point move-up by the FED, the market is oversold. The CBOE put/call ratio is getting pretty close to having a fork stuck in it also.
