Ron - Thanks for the response! I guess it means one has to shell out extra $ (commission) to get rid of it in order to claim capital loss in 1997. BTW, good call on GRNO and MUCP! I used to hold MUCP and got out with a profit. Wish I had put the money into GRNO though - is it too late? Regards, Kit
