"any word on the dwdm" Their "DWM" technology never been proven to work. (No surprises there!) They settled out of court with the investors who sued them, but the SEC is still intent on taking the company president to court, and has filed a lawsuit against them. They are seeking 3 million dollars in damages from these people.
