Clarence,
There could possibly be something goofy with the search routine in the EDGAR data base. I know I often have problems getting to documents that are there, so I sometimes have to take alternative routes.
To get to APTD's EDGAR files, I more or less back-doored it, searching for a Briefing Book in the WSJ Interactive site, and clicking on the EDGAR link from there.
Here are the two filings that had the info pertinent to my questions:
