I follow IARC, but not day to day. I have a lot of respect for the way the company has made an effort to be a real e-commerce player via Metaphoria rather than claiming to be one because they offer a product for sale over the internet. The big question, and one I've not spent even a moment researching, is whether CSFB has converted their debentures, and, if so, how many shares they have yet to sell. Reminds me of the time when Kevin Kimberlin unloaded his position in late '96 and the stock barely moved beyond 10 despite the other Y2K stocks fluctuating all over the place. That's what happens when the MMs know there is constant selling pressure. Buying ALYD/IARC at that time turned out to be a bargain considering the price later went to 32; thinking positively, if IARC is successful once again, anything in this range would obviously represent a bargain as well.
