This sell-off is inexplicable (regardless if the NASD is selling off). Is some analyst talking down this stock? Is there some negative sentiment (God knows I'm sure I don't know what it could be for) circulating around? The company needs to speak-up and defend it. It's just not fair to the shareholders to do nothing. Say something.
