Hello Paul - thx for the info regarding Zenith and LG. However, I don't know there is much ground to the *conspiracy*. To begin with, banks & creditors always get the most, if not all, of any company going chapter 11. So LG is not doing anything different. Your truly lost everything on WANG [pre restructed] to the likes of MSFT [one of WANG's chief creditors. ] Sure, I wasn't happy, but I ve not heard anyone cried foul. More, depending when the common shareholders bought in [pre or post Q,] if memory serves, when Zenith 1st mused about bankruptcy, even your truly made a post to the Zenith thread to warn people not to do anything out of haste. If these people are long term shareholders, my sympathy and condolence. If they are shareholders after the bankruptcy announcement [about a year ago,] then they don't really understand the risk of dealing with Chapter 11 companies.

Still, I am sorry that the small investors got the shaft, maybe they will learn from it

best, Bosco
