January 15th huh? that actually puts the stock at a greater risk because from evaluating the reports and from hearing rumors, Xicor may issue stock -- it would be a very wise move on its part. I just hope it doesn't announce that kind of news anytime soon. My best guess is that it won't issue stock until at least next quarter when it sees its stock price in the teens...it just wouldn't make sense to lower the stock price now to below $5 (which may happen if they decide to issue a few million shares). -JW
