You must be psychic. The words "spin off" have been whispered privately by others as well, and the thoughts and responses are all pretty positive. This could be a positive event in our future. As you suggest, there are indeed many investors that will not touch a "gambling stock" with the proverbial ten foot pole. There are also some potential business partners, that will get nervous about dealing with a corporation with gambling ties. So splitting the two businesses might make life easier, draw new investors, and increase the total market cap. It is one of those situations where 2+2=7.
