We do not feel it is in our best interest to provide our competition with information about our trading volume

[14:28] [Briar]: You can't answer a stockholders question about how many clients you (we) have? How would this information help your competitors?
We feel this information is proprietary and to provide it would be detrimental to our positioning and competitive advantage in the marketplace.

[14:18] [compuact]: How many employees in Insider Trading?
Insider Trading has 8 full time employees.

[13:53] [Coop]: Is the net amount from each transaction still around $11 per transaction?
I'm sorry, we can't provide this information. By informing our competitors of our market share and profits we can and would be aiding them in their marketing techniques.

[13:55] [Coop]: How many transactions per month have been completed in the last 6 months?
Our traders are averaging 20 trades per day.

[14:04] [Coop]: What are the average number of trades per day for all of IT?
Our traders are averaging 20 trades per day.

[14:42] [Coop]: Is the "net" from each trade still around $11?

[14:16] [curiosity]: Does pabn have any present problem with overall capitalization?
We can not answer this. You will have to ask Ken Christian this question in the next meeting on August 24.

[14:18] [curiosity]: WHY can PABN, here and now, tell us what the delay is in filing proper financials?
Once again, you will have to ask Ken Christian in the next meeting.

[14:19] [curiosity]: Is there ANY reason that PABN can offer for NOT filing properly audited financials and/or for NOT telling us what the problem is?
Please ask Ken Christian in the next meeting.

{14:22] [curiosity]: In asking about PABN's refusal to file financials or to EXPLAIN itself, we ARE asking about IT. WHY NOT JUST answer the questions, here and now?
Please ask Ken Christian in the next meeting.

[14:27] [curiosity]: Even in this "forum" PABN continues to just duck away. WHY? ANSWER THE REAL QUESTIONS. HERE and NOW.
Please ask Ken Christian in the next meeting.

[14:31] [curiosity]: "That information will be available in the audited financial statement," you say. GREAT. When can we expect that? Really, this time?
[14:36] [BillB]: Once again, ask Ken Christian in the next meeting.

[14:37] [curiosity]: Asking Ken at the next "meeting" is not going to get us the much delayed answer NOW. Why cannot YOU just TELL us?
This forum is for Insider Trading only.

[14:10] [djthiel]: What are Insider Trading's competitive advantages?
[14:13] [Charles_Vaccaro]: IT caters to the active, sophisticated day trader. We also offer a sophisticated trader support system.

[14:15] [djthiel]: Is IT going to be building recognizable trading locations or will trading be done primarily from rental space?
[14:16] [Charles_Vaccaro]: Insider Trading offices will be in highly visible retail facilities.

[14:17] [djthiel]: Gold Country is similar to a U.S. Clearing corp?
No, it is not.

[14:24] [djthiel]: Mr. Vaccaro, Can you explain if/how/when IT will target potential customers from outside your physical locations? i.e. trading from home?
[14:37] [Charles_Vaccaro]: Online trading is currently available where the broker dealer is licensed. Check the IT web site for the updated list.

[14:31] [dvwilliams]: Will you comment on IT expansion over seas, particularly into Asia...
[14:42] [Charles_Vaccaro]: We are looking to expand IT into all overseas markets, including Asia.

[14:41] [dvwilliams]: What is the number of users per location needed to cover expenses per stoer?
I'm sorry, we can't answer this question. By informing our competitors of our costs we would be aiding them in their marketing techniques, to the detriment of Insider Trading.

[14:04] [Emil]: Are you planning a Web version of IT for other than daytraders?
[14:15] [Charles_Vaccaro]: Our plan is to cater to the active, sophisticated day traders.

[14:44] [Fred]: Why should an investor trade at of the two established offices when trades can be made at home over the computer?
An investor might want to trade at one of the established day trading offices instead of online to experience the dynamic energy and group camaraderie of the trading floor.

[14:12] [gts]: how many insider sites in how many cities to you expect by the end of 2001
[14:19] [Charles_Vaccaro]: There are 32 stations in Garden City, 20 in Boca Raton, with expansion capability to 34
[14:20] [Charles_Vaccaro]: This depends on the success of our franchise operation
