Here is what the Motley Fool group is doing... Wanted: a few good fools The Motley Fool, an investment advice Web site and America Online area, is moving from independent contractors to employees. Thursday's Wall Street Journal says Fool management wants "a new, more professional structure" which will see volunteer discussion group moderators replaced with as many as 20 full- and part-time people.
