Yes, Janice, I remember '94 only too well==second worst year
my investments ever had.

First time, though, I bailed as soon as a rebound came and
I missed a big run-up.

In '94 I bought more of the sinking (no, I didn't leave out the
"t") investments and held on until, today, I can almost afford
a dozen or so widgets.

Depends on the baby-boomers: if they keep pouring zillions into
retirement funds, then equities aren't going anywhere but up and
that 2000/10,000 forecast isn't so absurd.

And if Social Security really ever does start that 25% equity
investment proposal, well, maybe even 20,000?
