The history list comes from the page title which doesn't change now, unfortunately. The problem exists in any of the several places where you have access to the history list. In IE, you see it by choosing the dropdown next to the back button on the IE toolbar or by looking at the history list in the File menu. In Navigator, you see it also by pressing and holding the back button for a moment (which causes a dropdown with history to appear) or in the history list of the Go menu item.

In Windows, it's also a problem on the taskbar since the current window title shows up there. If one has several SI windows open, it's difficult to tell which one belongs to which topic.
