1. mortgage lending rate above 8% for first time in 2 yrs(mortgage closings down 50% last few months) 2. 30 yr yield at 6.14% 3. possible rate hike in a few wks 4. nazzy and inets not in favor 5. bad time of the yr in general.

yes eeln will get punished for awhile, but come november or so, the action starts once again.
