Actually, that was a trick question. The best answer would have been a software company. RSA Security Dynamics is a brand name. The company is Security Dynamics Technologies, Inc. It is in the data security biz and its ticker is SDTI. The analyst would have gotten bonus points for making the distinction. If he does, and I were his (her?) boss, I'd let him keep his job, but he'd be on probation, and I'd still have him tortured. Maybe I'd burn his Multex stock options in front of him and his family. Aren't I cruel?
