The following is based on a conversation with Damian Loth, if you have other questions, his number is 604/816-3974. 1. There are 15 mil outstanding. 2. Float about 12.5 3. Without an acquisition, it is a shell. 4. Time frame for the acquisition is 1st half of November. 5. They are working on the filing for OTCBB compliance. Plenty of time to buy cheap if you so desire. You may want to wait to see if they get their filing in on time. This is a big issue because they will be delisted from the OTCBB if they are not compliant.
