mr.mark I experienced the same crash warnings with aol...tried to uninstall crashguard and got em that program could not find uninstall.isu file...looked on cd...no luck...had to disable all options in crashguard properties...no current problems...hardheaded me...installed systemworks on work computer thinking it might work there...to make a long story short..had to reformat and start over...anybody need Norton Systemworks 2.0? The€ow :-( (probably user error)
