There may be other ways to approach your "spin-off" idea.

Many investors in ECNC (especially those who have been around since the early BETT days) were and are excited about pursuing the very rapidly growing on-line gaming industry. Investors who are more excited about PERFECT may be in the minority. Maybe it is fairer and makes more sense if ECNC retains 77Wins and eSportsbet etc., and the PERFECT business is spun off.
