Frederick Smart Don't have time to answer in detail. Agree with you. One observation-----this is much larger than shareholders getting taken and should be recognized as such. This is a precedent setting case which will have major future impact on our markets. Agree that Gannon's package was so complete and slick. Yet even with this completeness and slickness there will be gaps which will surface. mj
