service, today announced a comprehensive partnership agreement to
provide in-depth, multi- faceted, interactive information and services
to Road Runner subscribers. A key component of this agreement is
co-branded programming developed by Discovery Health Channel and
discoveryhealth.com specifically forthe broadband environment.
Discovery Channel Online (discovery.com ) willalso deliver diverse
content for Road Runner's Explore & Learn and Kids categories, as well
as featuring Discovery's E-Commerce offering in Road Runner's Shopping
channel.

Road Runner's high-speed capability allows Discovery to develop
web-based features with many more moving images, streaming video and
enhanced interactive services, and the partnership enables Road Runner
to offer its subscribers rich content developed by the owners of the #1
quality media brand, Discovery Channel. "We are very excited to add
Discovery's prestigious program offerings to our service," said Karl
Rogers, Road Runner Vice President of Programming. "Bringing
Discovery's quality health, science and child development content on
the broadband platform provides our subscribers with a unique, enhanced
learning experience."

Discovery will create co-branded broadband content on Road Runner's
Explore & Learn channel, including video segments for Discovery News
and embedded RealVideo segments for Science Live! and the Tune In/On TV
section which highlights upcoming on-air attractions. Road Runner's
Kids channel will feature a Discovery co-branded page offering links to
Discovery Kids (discoverykids.com ) pages with a full broadband
offering to be released in early next year.

Additionally, subscribers will be pleased to explore the comprehensive
health services provided by Discovery Health Media through its
acclaimed and well-trafficked new health portal, discoveryhealth.com.
Discovery Health Media will develop rich, broadband health programming
and Road Runner will provide discoveryhealth.com with high visibility
throughout the service. "Road Runner is at the forefront of broadband
