The undersigned is counsel for Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. Today, Jones Naughton was advised that someone or some group of parties have intentionally and maliciously posted numerous messages on this board while acting as an imposter for other members and users. We have determined that not less than four names were used (baycafe, sidrico, real_wife2 and grumpyoldman). Essentially, this imposter simply logged on adding a period to the end of each name and posted false and misleading information about the company, including intentionally attempting to start a false rumour about an SEC investigation (which simply is false).

Please be advised that we have contacted the webmaster of this board and all such messages have been deleted. We are also pursuing obtaining information with respect to the perpetrator of this securities violation and intend to prosecute to the full extent available (including criminal as well as appropriate civil actions).

Jones Naughton welcomes a full and complete discussion of its company, stock, history and financial situation and values the concept of free speech. False and misleading information, however, and in particular acting as an imposter of other persons, cannot and will not be tolerated.

Those who would seek to mislead others, govern yourself accordingly.

M. Richard Cutler, Esq.
