I understand he can be found on RB, tho I never go there.
For those who may care, I had quite a discussion with my broker today and he's been in this business a long time. I debated selling my shares, taking the loss and moving on. After a long discussion on the company itself, his final feelings are it may take quite some time for this stock to come back, but for anyone not needing to sell, and I am not, it will probably come back. The brunt of the discussion was if the actual business itself was a viable ongoing concern, without Colin and his influence. With the products and locations and customers they have, we both felt it probably is a viable business. Now, all this could prove incorrect, everything may go down the tubes, but if the SEC does not shut down the company itself or something like that, we both made the same conclusion that it will probably come back.... someday. If I change my mind and do decide to sell, I will deeply research the feasibility of filing suit against the individuals responsible. Not that I have a lot of money in this issue, but I do have a strong belief in personal responsibility.
