Robin,

A shell is a trading stock, representing no real company at the current time.
A shell is a tool to take companies public through acquisition or merger in a
much more timely manner than normal avenues. It can also provide a more
economical way for some companies to go public.

As per Clint's post, some people are very leary of shells. Their hesitation
is warranted as shells are not a low risk investment. Their are different
viewpoints as to the value of shells also. In my opinion a viable shell
with a market cap under $4 to $5 million is a great bargain, depending on the situation.
This particular situation should show a signifigant amount of cash in the bank when the
audit is completed and numbers are released in the next week or two.

While, as Clint feels, some may not like to invest in shells, this is a fantastic situation
that I feel will award substaintial returns on your investment!

Happy Investing, Don Downing
