Wow! That is quite a response!!
I thought a 'country girl' like me would be the one to notice that if you step in it, and then smell it, it doesn't really need tasting to know you've hit 'the real thing'. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not certain of what we've really got going on here, but I do believe that 'boys' will do very strange things when billions of dollars are involved (even for nothing more than fun, so lookout when it comes to money!).
I wouldn't put it past anyone to salt a mine, or even throw someone from a helicopter for enough money. (You 'boys' know the old joke about the man in the bar asking a girl if she'd have sex for a million dollars, and then when hearing yes, asking if sex for $50 was possible. She then emotionally asked if he thought she was a whore, and he explained, ...'We already know what you are...we're just discussing prices now!'
All that being said...Nasdaq (SMACK!)..get a hold of yourself!! You obviously did see some money disappear, at least on paper (How big a 'farm do you own, honey??'), but don't be so emotional you overlook the possible (message 8677) devious nature of your fellow mankind.
I don't want to believe this thing happened either, as it sickens me to think of what we sometimes will do for money, but honey, it happens!
That said, look on the bright side. Do you really (in your heart of hearts) worry so much about this particular stock, or are you trying to make some profit? Likely, you'll do both, but not before some wild times ahead. You don't really think the answers on this chat are going to give you 'ultimate truth', do you, honey? If you do, I would like to know how big that farm of your really is!! Be careful, but the worst is likely over....if you want my 2 cents worth (or even if you don't!).
