Suzanne, Henry is checking on this and will try and have an answer for me in the morning. It looks like the filing was done to include the filing of July 29 with the origional to give a total possible use of shares. Note the reference #333-78077 indicating the first registration. "If this Form is filed to register additional securities for an offering pursuant to Rule 462(b) under the Securities Act, please check the following box and list the Securities Act registration statement number of the earlier effective registration statement for the same offering. X 333-78077" This filing includes the #333-78077 and #333-84021, which I assume is the number of the second filing. This ammendment must have been required for some reason to combine the two. Gordon and Henry have said the unused shares from the 40,048,039 in the second filing would be retired. I would assume another ammendment would then be filed to adjust the numbers to the actual shares converted by the first PP. The new funding is still progressing for a possible release next week. I see nothing has changed unless told differently tomorrow.
