Look into latest 10Q at top OS is stated: The number of issuer's shares of Common Stock outstanding as of March 31, 1999 was 25,678,550 Down below in sharecount: SHAREHOLDERS' EQUITY Common stock, authorized 75,000,000 shares, $.001 par value, 29,650,897 shares issued and outstanding That is a misrepresentation of 4MM shares in their filing for the quarter ending mar.31. - The table all below isn't right either. That is the reason to know the Transfer Agent and inquire on a weekly basis. So again what is the current float ? Kr Jens
