By the way, I challenge your point about needing a more efficient way to offer home mortgages. If I can get the same or better price from a real person, what benefit does the internet offer me? Why do I care? Why wouldn't I want a person involved, isn't that efficient? What I want is an efficient way for me to comparison shop for mortgage rates, and I grant you that eloan offers such a mechanism. The only problem is that they don't make money on me for that, and in all probability, I can get that rate from any mortgage broker, just by asking for it.
