Mogul...it may be due to a filing today registering shares that were already issueable. Does not change the ttl number the company has obligations for....not does it affect their business prospects in their sector. Going in I knew the company could have 21m outstanding over time...and that they may issue add'l shares to raise capital. I guess people just don't like to see it in black and white. gpg
