Context, dude, context: I was looking at the reasons why people might conclude that racism was involved, and pointing out that in the absence of supporting evidence, racism is a logical conclusion.

That's HORSECRAP!!

That's like saying that Jonathan Pollard is in prison because he's Jewish. He spied against the US for Israel, but claimed that the only information he provided them was information on Arab terrorist networks. "After all, Israel is our ally", he claimed.

And I agree about a trial. He should be demanding a trial so that he can prove what he did, and didn't do.

But it still doesn't negate the fact that he knew that taking classified information and copying it to a non-classified system is the ultimate in no-no's (besides taking your work home with you) and cause for immediate termination of job and clearance.
