Jim: Actually I have been building one for the last 4 yrs. Yes the lumber prices are going up in the last few mos. but that doesn't create overnight inflation. This is a peak time of building and a lot of people are trying to get their homes bought or built before the much ballyhooed phantom inflation wreck arrives. Wait a while the heat will go down and not because of AG but in spite of him. The big cost increase in tract homes has been the cost of money is inflated because of the the threat of AG raising rates. If you can't wait to buy your next home then you are i a tough spot. I was there in the 70's. Good Luck. JFD
