$500 Mil=$12.82, Also, Chris don't believe everything your read in the Washington Post or any paper. I think the guy at the post must be long the stock too from what he's writing.

Any buyout will be under $200 Million which is $5.128. Remember the bidding war for Apple???

Remember, BEL can't do a stock deal because the pay a 4% dividend on their stock. They would need a new class of stock because a 4% dividend makes a purchase very expensive, remember, dividends are paid after tax.
